What should I do if my order is incorrect?
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, we apologize. Contact us at support@neatcell.net, and we’ll be sure to get you the NEATCELL products you ordered so you can get glowing in no time.
What should I do if I get a damaged or defective item?
If your package was damaged during shipment, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at support@neatcell.net. We will send a prepaid shipping label to you so the package can be shipped back to us, and we will inspect the damage as soon as it arrives. Any damaged items will be replaced.
What if my order is lost?
If your package is missing, please have a look around the delivery site to see if it was tucked away out of sight when shipped. If the package is still not found, the customer is responsible for filing a claim with the shipping courier. This process can take up to 6 business days and we appreciate your patience in the matter. In order to expedite the package recovery, please contact us at support@neatcell.net with the order number and any other relevant information. Unfortunately, we cannot replace packages until they have been confirmed missing.
