Currently, we only accept payments in US dollars.

Payment method - PayPal

You can use PayPal to purchase NEATCELL products and also pay using a credit or debit card without logging into your PayPal account. PayPal is now available in 202 countries and supports 25 currencies, and accepts 4 credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express (Amex), and Discover.

Note: Stripe is currently not available for product payments. If you need any further assistance, please feel free to contact us.

About foreign/international transaction fees
In some cases, you may see an additional charge on your credit card bill called a foreign transaction fee or international transaction fee, which is charged by your credit card issuer based on the terms in your credit card agreement. NEATCELL is not responsible for this fee.

Common reasons for payment issues

There are 8 common reasons that may cause payment failure issues. Please try the following solutions based on your own payment issue. If you still have payment issues, please contact our support team.

Reason 1: You may have accidentally exceeded your credit card limit.
Solution: Please check with your card issuer for the maximum limit of your credit card account.

Reason 2: The credit card number provided is invalid.
Solution: Please double-check the credit card information you have entered.

Reason 3: The credit card provided has expired or has insufficient funds.
Solution: If this is the case, you should contact your bank for additional assistance.

Reason 4: Your credit card issuer has declined the payment.
Solution: You need to contact your credit card issuer for help.

Reason 5: The credit card provided is not approved for recurring payments.
Solution: Please contact your bank or credit card company regarding the reason for the payment failure and update your payment method accordingly.

Reason 6: Your account has been mistakenly identified as spam or fraud by the credit card issuer.
Solution: Please contact your card issuer to resolve this issue.

Reason 7: The card issuer has blocked the transaction due to an unusual charge that does not match your normal spending pattern, to protect you.
Solution: You should contact your card issuer to resolve this issue.

Reason 8: Some credit cards have limits on the maximum amount that can be charged per transaction. If you are purchasing a large number of products at once, this may be the reason for payment failure.
Solution: In this case, you can contact us to obtain different links and pay for the products separately.
