Shipping Information

We primarily use DHL courier service, which usually takes 3 to 7 business days to arrive, but it may take up to 10 business days for remote areas. If we are unable to deliver to your address, we will contact you to cancel the order.

Any delivery date we provide is only our best estimate, and NEATCELL cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage you may suffer due to any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

Shipping Fees

Except for the United States, additional shipping fees will be charged for other regions.

The total amount listed at checkout is the money you need to pay for the products and shipping fees.

We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes (including value-added taxes), and intermediary fees (if required). These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Checking Your Order and Shipping

Orders take 2-3 days to be shipped, and we will notify you of the tracking number via email.

If you have not received the tracking number, please check your spam email folder first. If you cannot find it, please contact us through online chat or email.

You can easily track your order through the online tracking page. Enter your tracking number and click "Track" on the page to track your shipment in detail.

Ownership, Terms, and Risks

Please ensure that your address information is correct, as we cannot redirect the package once it is on the way. All orders will only be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Checking and verifying is your responsibility. If any loss is caused by entering the wrong address or fraudulent transactions, you will be the sole bearer of the monetary loss.

Note: Please do not enter any postal box addresses, as your package cannot be sent by any courier.

Usually, shipped orders (when you have received the tracking number or your order status is completed) cannot be canceled. If you do not contact the courier company within 5 days after shipment, they may return the goods to us. As we do not have warehouses overseas, these returned packages will be directly destroyed. In this case, we cannot provide a full refund or resend the goods to you.

When the goods are delivered, you are responsible for checking whether the order is complete and undamaged. Before accepting delivery, you should carefully inspect the goods for any obvious damage and, if possible, check the contents of the goods. If the goods are damaged upon delivery, you have the right to refuse the goods and let the delivery person know the reason for refusal. Alternatively, you can sign for the goods as "unchecked" when accepting delivery, and you accept the completion of the order at the same time.

If the product you ordered cannot be provided for any reason when you place your order, we will contact you by email within the same or next business day. We will inform you of the expected delivery time, and if you are not satisfied, you will have the right to cancel your order without any obligation and receive a full refund.

After a successful transaction, you will be notified that your order has been shipped and provided with a tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking number within 72 hours of completing your purchase, we ask you to first check your spam email folder and then contact us.
